GreenScene: Earth Hour tonight starting at 8:30

Tonight marks an important event in the global fight against climate change. From 8:30 to 9:30 EST, people from all over the world will be turning off their lights for one hour to observe Earth Hour and to show solidarity for this most important of causes. Global warming is an emergency. Please observe with us, by turning off all your lights from 8:30 to 9:30 pm tonight.

Light a candle. Snuggle with a loved one. Be apart of change.

GreenScene – Stat of the Day

AT&T has announced a plan to replace more than 15,000 vehicles in their gasoline-powered fleet with natural gas and hybrid technology. This move will reduce the company’s greenhouse gas emissions by 25%.
