Review - Death Cab For Cutie: Plans

The jump to a major label can be a daunting task for an indie darling band such as Death Cab For Cutie. They certainly don't want to lose the fans that put them in the position where they are. A healthy compromise may have been achieved with the release of Plans. The production sounds great with the songs not being short on hooks. The overall feel is more radio friendly... Satellite radio that is. DCFC may have made the record that will move them into Coldplay country, without alienating their charter member fan base.
