Review - Bill Cosby & Quincy Jones: The New Mixes Vol. 1
The New Mixes Vol. 1

In 1969 Bill Cosby and Quincy Jones entered the studio with several gifted jazz musicians of the time to record a series of tracks for the Cosby Show. Much of that work was never released until last year.

Shortly after the original sessions were released this volume of remixes followed. Thanks to fine source material the creators of the remixes had plenty to work with.

On The New Mixes Vol.1 you'll find traditional jazz fusion, mixed with funk and the modern flare of electronica. The result is an ultra hip platter of tasty beats.

Put it on and call your friends over for a few cocktails.
