Review - Sloan: Never Hear The End Of It
Sloan

With Sloan, you know what you are going to get. But that is a good thing. Being consistent can be a challenge for most rock bands. Being consistently good is an entirely different subject.

This often overlooked Canadian 4-piece has been making solid Beatles-meets-Indie-meets-pop music since the early 90's. On their latest release, "Never Hear The End Of It," Sloan are particularly strong. Their harmonies are rock solid, and the hooks are aplenty. Most of the 30, yes 30, tracks on this album are less than 3 minutes long and are well planned as to roll right into the next creating a virtually uninterrupted piece of music that should be enjoyed in its entirety.
