Chris Savage is an R&D chemist. He has a BS in Chemistry from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Broad Graduate School of Management at MSU.

Chris lives in Dexter, Michigan with his beautiful wife, Anne, who he met on the internet on a quit-smoking website, Quitnet.com. When they joined households in late 2003, they found they had three dogs (Kona, Hara, and Mabel), one parrot (Rudy), one cat (Spooky) and two teenagers (Cameron and Arleigh.) Chris and Anne enjoy cooking together (both are vegetarians and focus primarily on made-from-scratch organic foods), gardening and backpacking/camping.

Over the years, Chris has been the editor of his neighborhood newsletter and has written over $12,000 in grants for the neighborhood association for local programming aimed at teens and young kids.

Cool fact: Has both ears pierced with silver hoops, ala Mr. Clean.
